Shipping Information

Due to active tariffs on imported goods, the cost of items shipped from Canada to the U.S. may be affected. However, the $800 De Minimis duty-free exemption still applies, allowing U.S. customers to receive orders under $800 without additional duties.

While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, government policy changes may sometimes cause shipping delays. We recommend staying informed about any updates that could impact delivery timelines.

Free Shipping on all orders of $70 CAD/USD or more after discounts are applied. For orders below $70 CAD/USD, a standard $10 flat rate ground shipping fee applies.

Shipping and Delivery Information (Canada and United States):

All our products are shipped from our Canada warehouse. Orders typically leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will commence processing on the following business day.

Transit Time:

Ground Shipping: Generally, ground shipping takes between 4-7 business days after dispatch from the warehouse, depending on the shipping address. We have partnered with trusted shipping providers for secure and efficient service. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect the package or change the delivery address.

Taxes, Duties, and Applicable Charges:

Canadian Orders: We charge and collect applicable federal and provincial taxes for all Canadian orders at the time of checkout.

U.S. Orders: Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to the conversion rate of your Credit Card Company or bank at the time of the transaction (if applicable).
